Opaque Smart Glass completed a professional smart film installation for a commercial office in Atlanta, Georgia, transforming existing interior glass partitions into an on-demand privacy solution.
Switchable PDLC smart film was applied directly to the existing glass, allowing the large glass wall to transition from transparent to opaque at the touch of a button. When clear, the glass maintains the open, contemporary appearance of the office and allows visibility between spaces. When switched to opaque, the film provides immediate visual privacy without blinds, curtains, or permanently frosted glass.
Applying smart film to the existing glass also allowed the office to add switchable privacy without removing and replacing the installed glass partitions.
